If you are looking for a particular car/style that they don't have on the lot, just let him know and he will do his best to locate the car for you. 100% honest dealership! Acura RSX-S
I purchased a 2002 Acura RSX from Ful-Line Auto back in 2009. The process was relatively painless and quick considering I lived in Massachusetts at the time. The sales folks were very helpful, professional and friendly. I still have this vehicle today and it runs great. I would highly recommend Ful-Line Auto if you are looking for a quality automobile at a great price.

Currently in the process of buying my vehicle from here and I must say, their customer service beats any dealership I have been to by far. In terms of comfort, options and experience while test driving and deciding on my car I was pleased. I do plan on giving an update after buying my vehicle however my experience with them so far has been good!

Honest and Trustworthy Used Car Dealership
My wife and I were in the market recently for a used car. We searched online for the type of car we were looking for and came across a few used car dealers in the state, Ful-Line Auto of South Windsor being one of them. We checked out all three and visited their locations. Ful-Line Auto was, and is, hands down the absolute best of the three. Our experience working with David and Mariah before, during, and after our purchase was superb. They both are professional, courteous, and friendly. Moreover, they both are honest and trustworthy. Buying a used car can be a nerve-racking experience, but David and Mariah made the whole experience pleasant and seamless. My wife and I knew we made the right decision by buying a car from them. I highly recommend David and Mariah of Ful-Line Auto, they are good honest people who stand by their word.

I am 100% satisfied with my experience at Ful-Line Auto!!! I went from driving a 2013 Honda Accord to purchasing a 2010 Nissan Maxima and I love EVERYTHING about it!!! I really love how Dave takes the time to teach me stuff about my Nissan because all I ever drove was Honda Accords. Dave’s daughter is VERY nice and she’s an AMAZING sales rep!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to first car buyers, college students or someone like myself who lost a car and needed to get a new one ASAP! There are many cars on the lot to choose from with NO pressure to buy! I thank the whole Ful-Line auto crew for being such a big help when I was truly in need!! :)

Dave - nice to see you as well! "I had a terrific car shopping/buying experience at Fulline in February. The entire process was very comfortable and low stress. I test drove several cars (by myself) and the entire staff - Mike, Debbie, Dave - were extremely courteous and accommodating. After choosing my Civic Si, the registration process was handled entirely on site - a major plus. To further ensure my satisfaction, Fulline even swapped the audio system with another car on the lot. My wife and I are both driving cars we've bought from Ful-Line Auto in the past three years. We have two young children and it's important for us to know that our vehicles are safe and reliable. After we bought our Subaru Outback and found it to be a great vehicle at a great price, we went back and bought a Toyota Avalon. I purchased my first car from Ful-Line Auto in March of 2002. I went to Ful-line Auto without a set vehicle in mind. The owner Dave Bombeto was extremely helpful in guiding me into the right car. I found Dave to be straight forward on all areas of the purchase. Before I started using Ful-Line Auto, I dreaded shopping for a car, in particular the pressure tactics used by most car dealers. This is NOT done a Ful-Line Auto. Dave and his staff are professional and friendly. They also have the ability and expertise to handle all of your financial needs. I also found out over time that when my car needed repairs, their service department was knowledgeable and they explained in detail what needed to be done. Since then I have purchased a total of seven vehicles and I will not buy from any other dealer. Hi Dave, We met you at the Karaja's the Sunday before Christmas. First off, a belated thank you for plowing our driveway. Second, thanks for the lead to Main Street Transmissions (Buzz). I finally got to bring my truck there, and as you suggested, the throttle control sensor was more than likely the culprit in the transmission not shifting properly as they could not find anything outwardly wrong with the transmission. They replaced the sensor and the tranny works fine. So after almost scrapping the truck because of a very expensive estimate, we got off with a $200. bill, and the truck seems to work great! Ful-line Auto is an honest, trustworthy used car dealership in South Windsor, CT. We came to them when our daughter's sedan was wrecked by a drunken driver while parked unoccupied on a city street, and we needed to get her a replacement. Ful-line had a good collection of older Japanese vehicles at good prices, and we found her an top of the line Avalon in excellent condition that was in our price range. But, the story doesn't end there -- what really impresses us about Ful-line is their service. No one can expect a used car with over 100,000 miles to be trouble-free, but Ful-line stands behind their vehicles. They have an excellent repair staff that fixed any problems that we found over the years we've owned the car. They also offer warranties on the used cars they sell. When we need another used car, we'll definitely go back. Great buying experience
The staff treated us very well. I got the impression that they were concerned about providing a quality car at a fair price. We love our new used car. In fact, when I test drove it, I noticed a pull to the left, and not only did they redo the alignment but also replaced another item because it looked like it might be a problem in the future. Above and beyond! They took our old car in on trade even though it will be going to the auction and not sold on retail.. it definitely saved me the headache of doing it myself. I’ve had some bad experiences on car lots… NOT THIS ONE!

I was very impressed with the staff at Fuline. My experience there was so low pressure I felt very at home. There was a wide variety of cars to choose from on the lot. All the prices were posted on the windows of the car which made it a lot easier for me to navigate through and make my selection. I will definitely go back for my next car

the safest place to buy a car...
I was very impressed with Ful-line Auto.. they didn’t try to “sell” me. They listened what I needed and showed me a wide variety of choices. All the cars had a clean carfax so I knew what I was getting. They even let me take a car to my own mechanic to check it out. So if you’re looking for a reliable used car, this is the place to go! I didn’t end up buying a car that day, but I will certainly go back.

1) You’re able to obtain a Free Carfax report on the vehicle you're interested in right on the website. 2) The people are very nice and laid back when you visit. They make you feel comfortable. 3) The staff stayed past close for me to test drive vehicle and are willing to let you take it to YOUR own mechanic. Overall, I would say they are worth checking out if you're within 25 miles of the place as they have some decent inventory.

Great Car from a Great Seller
Decided to get an Eclipse after seeing it on my filtered search through Cars.com. Since Ful-Line Auto has multiple warranties and good reviews, I did not hesitate to buy the car without test driving or looking at it in detail too much. I decided to change the windshield and tires even though it wasn't recommended. The replacements took one day and I was allowed to borrow a loan car free of charge. So far the car drives fine and there aren't any problems. Fast communication through email as well!

great place to buy a used car
This place is great. Very honest and trust worthy people. I visited them hoping to find a car in my price range. Dave and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me cars on his lot and gave his honest opinion on how safe he felt each car was. I test drove the car that same day. They ALWAYS give you the car fax and also printed out a paper that showed all the recent information and work on the car. They make you feel very comfortable and do not pressure you at all. They also have car warranties which I purchased the 1 year. Not only did they do a phenomenal job fixing my car's breaks but i also called them about if they could fix a popped tire. They let me know that it was not covered but went out of their way to fix it anyways and I did not have to pay a single dollar. I would recommend them to anyone looking for decent used cars.
